The history of Caparica Villas began in Costa da Caparica with our first Hostel, the Caparica Surf Villa, we were the 2nd hostel to ever open on Costa da Caparica in 2013. The house was one of the first to exist in Costa da Caparica, dating back to 1954.

It was in this house that it all began, Anabela and Bruno literally starting from scratch and without any knowledge of this area, Anabela coming from Logistics and Bruno from Finances.

In order to keep the house rehabilitated, and because we really enjoy receiving families and groups from different countries, one day we challenged ourselves to rent this beach house in Costa da Caparica to guests. Receiving guests from all over the world became such a rewarding experience that we decided to create CAPARICA VILLAS and rent other properties from family and acquaintances.

I am Anabela, with experience in various areas of activity from distribution to logistics, and at the moment I am dedicated exclusively to the management of CAPARICA VILLAS. Since 2013 I have been part of the management of Caparica villas and we are linked to the Local Accommodation Association in Portugal (ALEP). I also provide consultancy for Local Accommodation owners who want to improve their business. In the strategic management of CAPARICA VILLAS I also count on the help of my husband Bruno.

Our team is responsible for accompanying guests, responding to all reservation requests, clarifying all your doubts and most of the time welcoming you at check-in. Our team will ensure that the properties are spotlessly clean upon your arrival.

Properties with the CAPARICA VILLAS brand are exclusively managed by us. They were chosen because they have unique characteristics such as the view, being located in front of the beach or in the center of the city. Whether for work, romantic getaways, family holidays or with friends, all our homes are furnished and equipped to ensure your comfort at all times. All our houses have free broadband Internet.
